What does Real Estate Manager script do?

Real Estate Manager software is designed mainly for property management tasks and allows you to automate and simplify the realty business process. You can use it to easily add, manage and update online property listings, manage categories, set properties as featured or invisible, upload images for a property, customize templates, create real estate sites in different languages etc.

How many computers can I install this software on?

If you have purchased a Single License, you can install the software on one computer only. If you want to install Real Estate Manager on several computers, you need to purchase additional licenses.

What are the system requirements the Real Estate Manager?

Server side
The system requirements are:

• Unix-based OS
• Apache web server
• PHP 4.x
• MySQL

Client side
You can use one of the following OS and browsers:

• MS Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP with MS IE 5.5 and higher (JavaScript, cookies enabled) or Mozilla Firefox;
• Unix based OS (Linux, FreeBSD etc.) with Mozilla;
• Mac OS with Safari.

Do I need to know any programming languages to use this script?

No, you don’t have to be a guru in programming to start using our script. However, basic knowledge of HTML and PHP would be a plus.
